Photographers Who Inspire: Cole Thompson

When it comes to inspiring photographers, Cole Thompson is one that is on the top of my list. His use of contrast, his compositions, and the subjects he chooses to photograph lead to imagery that is quite emotionally moving.

Thompson also writes extensively and with eloquence on the subject of finding one's photographic vision. As I mention in the video, his written work on 'Vision' is really something that every photographer, every artist really, should read.

I'd like to also mention that I own several of Cole's prints, and they are even more stunning on paper than they are on the computer screen.
